My Philosophy

There are more sick, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, overweight, and unhealthy people in the world today than ever before.

Many suffer in silence, because they don’t know how to fix it.

And if you go to the doctor, they can’t tell you anything about mental or emotional health (or wellbeing) . In reality, what they tell you about those topics will usually HINDER your mental health.

And if you’re lucky enough to find a therapist who has availability and that you get along with, they RARELY will address anything related to how your physical health affects your mental and emotional well being.

Also, most can’t teach you how to actually process your emotions. 

And that’s best case scenarios. The worst case scenario is you end up seeing doctors and therapists who quite frankly aren’t equipped to help you or flat out don’t know what they are talking about, so they want to push you onto pills.

I believe in a different way of living life.

INSIDE OUT HEALTH.

Health starts with the thoughts you are thinking, and how you are dealing with your emotional world. PERIOD. 

If you are shooting yourself in the foot with your own thoughts, and you’re spending all your time running from your uncomfortable and difficult emotions because you don’t know how to deal with them…..

You’re not healthy, no matter how much you exercise or eat right. 

And you’re probably experiencing some kind of anxiety, depression, overwhelm, negativity, emotional eating, along with a host of physical ailments, anger issues, and/or maybe an addiction or habit(s) you’d like to quit.

I aim to help these at the root……..INSIDE OF YOU. 

I have over 10 years of experience coaching clients 1:1, a background in psychology and nutrition, years of practical experience, and a desire to help as many people get off the roller coaster of anxiety, depression, self loathing, negativity, and sickness as I can.

And I know it’s all connected. You can’t treat one aspect in a vacuum (despite what modern health care will tell you).
