During the course of my own journey, personal growth, and healing, few things have been more important than having self compassion.

But it’s something not many of us are used to doing, and it requires practice.

Yet we aren’t taught HOW to practice self compassion, so here are a few things to help get you started.

I share a vulnerable story of a low point in my life where self compassion was a must.

One of my most important missions in life is to teach others how to have more self compassion so they can model that for their own kids.
