Heyooo almost didn’t get out an episode this week, but stayed committed to my 1 per week ’til the end of the year.
This week marks the return of a little bit of anxiety for me and I wanted to share.
Anxiety is one of the main things I help my clients with and it’s something I’ve worked on A TON and consider myself “healed from.”
But this week it popped up a bit so I wanted to share with you how I worked my way through it.
