So many factors are wrapped up into what we dub “mental health.”
One of the biggest ones is something I learned when I really started to pull myself out of a dark place back in 2009.
It’s the idea of pursuing our potential.
The idea that as long as we are pushing ourselves to grow and and move towards our full potential (which I believe is infinite) we will, in general, be happier, less anxious, and more content.
So today I share how to incorporate that into your life, WITHOUT falling for some of the traps, because there are many.
